We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our reach within key industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the IT or cybersecurity sector and a strong ability to align client needs with iConnect’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, expanding iConnect’s reach and client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in sectors such as healthcare, finance, government, and retail.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential leads.
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Deliver presentations and proposals that highlight the value and impact of iConnect’s services.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT services, managed support, or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
